Terms of Service

  1. General
  2. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website aurhydralab.com and all purchases made on it. The website is operated by Aur Hydra Lab L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (business license no. 2648193.01), referred to as "AUR Hydra Lab", "we" or "us". By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
  3. 2. Eligibility
  4. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this website.
  5. 3. Products
  6. Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients and images as accurately as possible; colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Please read the full list of ingredients before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, perform a patch test before first use and stop use in case of irritation.
  7. 4. Prices and payment
  8. Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and include any applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Customs duties and import taxes outside the UAE are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
  9. 5. Orders and pre-orders
  10. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Some products, including the Advanced Complex Serum first edition, may be sold as pre-orders: payment is taken at the time of order and the product will ship from the date indicated on the product page (currently January 2027). If the shipping date changes, we will inform you by email and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund.
  11. 6. Limited editions
  12. Limited editions are available while stocks last. Quantities per customer may be limited.
  13. 7. Shipping
  14. Delivery destinations, costs and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  15. 8. Returns and refunds
  16. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  17. 9. Intellectual property
  18. All content on this website, including the AUR Hydra Lab and AUR-SYN™ names and logos, texts, images, videos and packaging designs, belongs to Aur Hydra Lab L.L.C-FZ or its partners. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.
  19. 10. Limitation of liability
  20. To the extent permitted by law, AUR Hydra Lab is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products, nor for reactions resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use or from an allergy to an ingredient listed on the packaging. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

  22. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  23. 12. Changes to these Terms
  24. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
  25. 13. Governing law and disputes
  26. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We encourage you to contact us first so we can find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
